Finalize Registration to Confirm Your Spot: Ensure your ninja's space in our upcoming Ninja Clinic by submitting the non-refundable clinic payment promptly. Your spot will remain unconfirmed until the payment is received.

Essential Items for Ninja Clinic:

1. Attire: A short-sleeve T-shirt and shorts are mandatory for safety and ease of movement. Tight leggings are also acceptable.
2. Footwear: Ninjas workout in bare feet! Please note, shoes, socks, and leggings with feet are not permitted in the gym.
3. Accessories: Belts and jewelry should be left at home to prevent any potential accidents or losses.

Note: Our dress code is uncompromisable due to insurance requirements.

1. Stay Hydrated:A refillable water bottle is crucial as Ninja activities are physically demanding, and we prioritize keeping our athletes well-hydrated.
2. Snack Time:Pack a snack for your child to enjoy during downtime, which will also involve engaging in various ninja-related activities.

Drop-off and Pick-up Details:

• Arrival: The doors open at 8:45 AM, with the clinic officially starting at 9:00 AM. Kindly ensure your ninja is dropped off within this 15-minute window.
• Departure: Pick-up is scheduled for 12:00 PM. We invite parents to arrive a bit earlier, from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM, to witness and celebrate their child’s newly-acquired ninja skills during our open gym session.

A Friendly Reminder:This is a drop-off clinic. Once your child is settled, we kindly ask parents to leave the premises and return at the designated pick-up time. This helps us maintain an optimal environment for all young ninjas to focus and enjoy their time at the clinic.

Clinic Policy

Our clinics are non-refundable if cancelled less than 5 days before the scheduled clinic date for school year clinics or less than 1 month before Summer clinics. Clinics traditionally fill and carry a waitlist.  This policy allows us enough time to give another child a chance to attend a clinic which they may be on the waitlist for.  Email us at wickedninja@usaninjachallenge.com

If you need to cancel due to unexpected illness or injury(supported by a doctors note), we are able to offer you a clinic account credit. Clinic credits can only be applied to future clinics.
