Clinic Policy
Our clinics are non-refundable if canceled less than 5 days before the scheduled clinic date for school year clinics or less than 1 month before Summer clinics. Clinics traditionally fill and carry a waitlist. This policy allows us enough time to give a waitlisted ninja a chance to attend a clinic session. Email us at wickedninja@usaninjachallenge.com
If you need to cancel due to unexpected illness or injury (supported by a doctor's note), we can offer a clinic account credit. Clinic credits can only be applied to future clinics within 365 days of the missed clinic date.
